Haven’t Been with Nephrotic Syndrome for 5 Years

Question: Hello. I do used to have Nephrotic Syndrome while I was 3 years old, and it relapses every year. But now I am 19 and it has been 5 years I haven’t been with that problem. What should I do?

Haven’t Been with Nephrotic Syndrome for 5 Years: What Should I DoAnswer: Nephrotic Syndrome is a collection of symptoms that indicate kidney damage. Its typical symptoms include proteinuria, edema, hypoproteinemia and hyperlipidemia.

Nephrotic Syndrome prognosis

“Even though the nephrotic syndrome does not have a specific cure, the majority of children "outgrow" this disease in their late teens or in early adulthood. Some children will have only one attack of the syndrome. If the child does not have another attack for three years after the first one, chances are quite good that he or she will not get sick again.

Most children, however, often will have two or more attacks. The attacks are more frequent in the first two years after the syndrome strikes. After ten years, less than one child in five still suffers from attacks. Even if a child has numerous attacks, most will not develop permanent kidney damage.”

From what you said, we can see that your Nephrotic Syndrome has been stabilized, and it is very likely for you to not have any attacks.

Treatment for Nephrotic Syndrome patients

Conventional treatment is to use steroids and other western medicine to control proteinuria, swelling, and other symptoms. In short term, they are helpful. But in the long run, they may bring you a lot of side effects. In Beijing Tongshantang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, we have treated many Nephrotic Syndrome patients, and they have gotten well like you. The treatment we used is Toxin-Removing Treatment. This is a systemic treatment, which is composed of 9 therapies. They can work together to cleanse the blood, improve blood circulation, provide essential elements and adjust the abnormal immune system so as to make internal environment for kidney self-healing and other medication application. After about half month’s treatment, swelling will disappear. Proteinuria will be reduced. With treatment going on, Nephrotic Syndrome will be under control.

Hope all Nephrotic Syndrome patients can get a permanent control of the disease. For more information on associated treatment, please leave a message below or contact online doctor.
