IgA Nephropathy, Creatinine 5.92 and Urea 220: Can Dialysis Improve It

Question: I was diagnosed with IgA Nephropathy. Creatinine level is 5.92, and urea level is 220. Can dialysis improve the condition?

IgA Nephropathy, Creatinine 5.92 and Urea 220: Can Dialysis Improve ItAnswer: Creatinine and urea are wastes in the blood. The increased levels mean that blood toxin concentration is very high, and kidneys have been severely damaged.

Dialysis for IgA Nephropathy patients with creatinine 5.92 and urea 220

-Advantages. Dialysis can quickly remove creatinine, urea and other wastes from body so as to protect residual renal function and maintain your life.

-Disadvantages. Once you start dialysis, it may have to be done for the rest of life, unless you have a kidney donor to do transplant. During the long course of dialysis, you may have a lot of discomforts, such as weakness, nausea, vomiting, headache and so on. Those discomforts can decrease your living quality greatly. That is why many dialysis patients want to stop dialysis.

Toxin-Removing Treatment for IgA Nephropathy patients with creatinine 5.92 and urea 220

Although your creatinine level and urea level are very high, dialysis is not a must yet. There is other way to reduce wastes in the blood and keep you away from dialysis. Toxin-Removing Treatment, also known as Detoxification Therapy, is a way to detoxify the blood. It can increase your urination, improve your bowel movement and make you sweat so as to eliminate wastes including creatinine and urea from the blood. It can also restore the balance of anti-inflammatory cytokines and pro-inflammatory cytokines, and dissolve IgA immune complexes to reduce renal inflammation and control the disease from getting worse. Moreover, it can improve blood circulation and increase blood flow into kidneys so that enough essential elements such as oxygen, nutrients and active ingredients of medicine can be transported into nidus to speed up kidney recovery. After about half month’s treatment, creatinine and urea level will be reduced by at least 10%. And after about one month’s treatment, the disease will be under control, and renal function will get improved.

All in all, for IgA Nephropathy patients with creatinine 5.92 and urea 220, dialysis is not a necessity, but timely treatment should be started to cleanse the blood and reduce the occurrence of complications.
