IgA Nephropathy May Progress into Uremia Within 10 Years

IgA Nephropathy May Progress into Uremia Within 10 YearsIgA Nephropathy is the most common glomerulonephritis and occurs more in young adults. The results of renal biopsy range from grade 1 to grade 5, and the prognosis of IgA Nephropathy varies greatly among patients.

In general, these IgA nephropathy patients have a better development trend:

1. For patients with simple hematuria, or only mild proteinuria and mild condition, they seldom have kidney failure.

2. Patients who are sensitive to steroids have a better prognosis.

These IgA Nephropathy patients have a poor development trend:

1. IgA Nephropathy occurs more in young adults. And the older the patients, the worse the prognosis.

2. When proteinuria and blood urine present together, and urine protein is over 1g, it is difficult to treat.

3. Patients with high blood pressure have a worse prognosis than those without.

If these patients do not receive standard treatment, it will progress to kidney failure within 10-20 years.

Most IgA Nephropathy needs treatment of combined Chinese medicine with western medicine. In kidney disease hospital China, Toxin-Removing Treatment is often used.

This is a systemic treatment, which includes many therapies, such as plasma exchange, external Chinese therapies (such as medicated bath, foot bath, hot compress), ozone therapy, vitamin and trace element supplement, etc. Those therapies can work together to eliminate iga immune complexes and other wastes from blood. They can also dissolve the immune complexes in the kidneys and restore the balance of anti-inflammatory cytokines and pro-inflammatory cytokines to reduce renal inflammation and control the disease from getting worse. Moreover, they can improve blood circulation and increase blood flow into kidneys so as to provide the damaged kidneys with enough essential elements to speed up kidney recovery.

After about one week’s treatment, you will see floccules in urine, which are those wastes being passed out.

After about half month’s treatment, proteinuria, blood urine, high blood pressure and so on will get relieved greatly.

After about one month’s treatment, your disease will be under control, and renal function will get improved.

If you do not want your IgA Nephropathy to progress into kidney failure within 10 years, you should take treatment as early as possible. For more information on treatment, please leave a message below or contact online doctor.
